HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love hanging out with the all the different kinds of people who come to my city and hear about who they are and where they have been - I'm always up for a good story! Meeting couch surfers makes my world bigger and broadens my horizon. And I host whenever it fits into my schedule:)

Interests

Graphic design, art, movies (not too picky in that department - good or mind-numbingly bad - es ist mir egal!), food culture, pop culture and music.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies:
When I was a child my biggest dream was to become an animator, and I still watch copious amounts of animated movies and cartoons, because I'm still really fascinated by the craft and skill that goes into making them. Bloodcurdling thrillers and adventure movies also top my list.

Music:
Electronic music and that particular brach of hipster music, that's probably been made by some kids from Brooklyn, but sounds like it's been made in a cabin somewhere in a forrest in Minnesota.

Books:
My mom is a librarian, so I grew up in a house with books everywhere - in the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, the car and the toilet. I love reading, and I haven't a favorite genre - if it's well-written I will probably read at some point.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Syria before the whole country went ballistic. It was a huge experience! I hope to go back when everything settles and see what the country has turned into.
