ABOUT ME

I am currently living and working in London. I lived in Amsterdam for one year after traveling by myself across Europe.

I love yoga, reading and being surrounded by nature.

I enjoy meeting new people, checking out new bars, restaurants, going to festivals. I like venturing into the unknown and making my own adventures! I always have the feeling of wanting to travel somewhere new.

I have hosted when I lived In Brisbane, Australia, and have surfed in Poland, Latvia, Belgium and Germany.

Interests

I like just hanging out, sitting in pubs talking nonsense over a beer. I also love getting my tourist on and going on tours etc. I'm keen to experience cities as the locals know it, not as the tourists know it.

In my down time I like to read, practice yoga, watch movies or go for walks.

Books:
Shantaram - Gregory David Roberts - this book is a wild adventure and I love it!
The Wind Up Bird Chronicle - Haruki Murakami - super crazy, I couldn't put this book down and love how dark it is.
Harry Potter Series - JK Rowling - Grew up with this series and it will always hold a special place.
An Astronauts Guide to Life on Earth - Chris Hadfied: I absolutely love space and the idea of space travel, and this book explains a lot of this with humour, as well as some lessons to bring into daily life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sat on the edge of a crater of a live, erupting volcano in Vanuatu! We sat there for about an hour, and there was molten lava falling all around us it was the scariest, most dangerous yet exciting thing I have ever done.

I've also been skiing down Mount Hirafu in Japan. I am a terrible skier so it's a miracle I am still alive.

I got electrocuted by an electric fence on a dairy farm, whilst herding the cows!
