ABOUT ME

I live in Paris and have been working in a french restaurant since June 2018. As you can guess, I love eating, cooking and drinking.

I used to be a backpacker and I traveled around the world for one and a half years. I started from China and then all the way to the west.
I had so much great experience there.

After the world trip I decided to have my own café and started working in a roasting company in Tokyo. The life in Tokyo inspired me and made me think of my future a lot.

Things change frequently and now I am in Paris trying to be a good chef.

I guess my friends would describe me as friendly, outgoing, hardworking and neat. I would love to make new friends from all over the world.

I would like to use CS as a tool of meeting new people, communicating with them and learning new things!

I dont have much CouchSurfing experience but so far I have had great experiences with CS. Im very excited to meet new people.

Zainteresowania

Im interested especially in classic French cuisine and its local food. I have a dream of having my own bistro in the future.

This is why in every vacation I travel one or two regions in France to enjoy its atmosphere and their local food. Two years ago, I visited Basque region both in France and Spain. And last spring, I visited Bretagne and Normandy regions.

I'm also interested in agriculture. I don't have the knowledge and the experience so much yet but I want to grow many vegetables by myself in the future.

I like any kinds of music, especially R&B and Jazz.
I like action and comedy movies.

I used to read books like novels and books about business and psychology, but now I often read cooking books!

I have traveled for about one and a half years and visited 33 countries so far! This is such a great experience and I have discovered lots of things.

I would love to learn the various kinds of cuisines of different cultures.

I would like to improve my French skills to enjoy conversations with french people because I am planning to work in France for the next two or three years.

I can do Ballroom dance(Chachacha, Samba, Rumba and Paso Doble). If anyone wants to learn it I can teach you!
