ABOUT ME

I'm a young professional in New York City, but my real passion is traveling. So far in my life I have been to more countries then my current age, and I plan to keep it that way as long as possible! Even with horrible American benefits, I generally leave the country about twice a year. I love meeting new people and having friends all around the world. I'm a vegan animal rights activist, and I can talk your ear off about that, but I also love running, hiking, the theater, art, other cultures, and so much more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A place to sleep is nice, but getting a local's perspective is even better. I love what spending time with a local does for my understanding of the place and its politics. Reading about a place is one thing, but talking to a person who lives there gets you to the heart of a place. I want to know the world's heart.
