About Me

ABOUT ME

We all hate filling these things out. I think im a fairly laid back kind of guy. I guess I have a fairly good sense of humour. I get along with many different kinds of people, as long as they aren't ignorant fools.

PHILOSOPHY

Looking to give everything a go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hoping to find a few people to stay with in SE Asia over the Christmas break.

If all goes well, I hope to return the favour once I finally finish uni and move out (hopefully end of 2013)

Interests

Im up for almost anything whilst traveling, I want to see temples, animals, farms, jungles, local culture, diving, beaches, shopping, partying, you name it I am up for it.

I also consider myself a bit of a foodie. I have a vege garden and love to cook, along with other DIY kitchen projects like roasting my own coffee beans and making my own cheese.

Lately, when not studying or playing sports I have been reading all about SE Asia and planning my dream summer backpacking trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive lived my whole life in the most isolated capital city in the world Perth, Australia, not much happens here. Though a few years ago I was in an under 21 Australian lacrosse team, and travelled to Osaka, Japan for an international tournament which was amazing fun.

I also met the Pope once. I was young at the time, so dont really remember it, but i have a photo which is cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am not very good at small talk, something I hope to build on traveling around on my own for a couple of months.

I love food, I would love to meet anyone who can teach me about some local cuisine

Also want to learn German, which I don't expect much of in Asia.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, United States
