About Me

I'm a temporary agglomeration of floating forces and elements, re-materialized nearly 30 years ago in southern Italy.
I enjoy learning - currently I'm pursuing an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology, listening to music and sound in its broadest sense (for instance, I love the buzz of my refrigerator and the early morning debates among pigeons on my balcony).
Although I'm tendentially an introvert, I do enjoy people, social life and outdoor activities.
I don't expect all my guests / hosts to be champions of open-mindedness, but if you're a philo-nazi, alt-right or fundamentalist of sort chances are high that we won't get along too well together.
Other than that, I'm really open to any kind of person, age, gender, background.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not a big fan of hotels and I don't support AirBnB, so CS seems to me the most meaningful and ethical of the travel options one could get - if genuinely understood.
I've been hosting extensively with my former flatmates especially in my Budapest time, we had people from literally every corner, from Taiwan to US and all in between (westwards I mean).
I created my own profile when I first moved to my own first proper flat, and I tried to continue my CS hosting tradition, though a lil bit more selectively, due to the very limited space.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Turkish vibes.

Climbing Mt. Bromo at nighttime.

sleeping at a station in Bari and listening stories from a Romanian trumpeter, sex-worker as side job.

Sarajevo.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have lived for mid-long periods in different places, including Germany, Budapest, Kuala Lumpur, Poland and Indonesia, and I've travelled to a few more. Although this doesn't make me and expert of those places (I doubt one can ever be an "expert" in anything), I'm probably able to tell you this and that about them, if you're interested.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Materially, I usually share my flat and everything in it, even my toothbrush if you're that brave :)
