ABOUT ME

I'm a very laid back and relaxed guy who loves to take my time and really enjoy something. I don't like to rush things whatever it might be. I'm generous and I love to have a good time together with friends and I always try to make people smile.

Interests

I've been interested in technology ever since I first saw a Nintendo GameBoy when I was just a few years old. I'm an avid gamer and I love to play games, fiddle around with new technology and I enjoy social media, the web and tons of things one can do at the computer.

I've been studying computer game development for three years and I'm hoping to work in the field of game development later on in life.

I don't just sit indoors though! I love music and going to concerts. Some of my favorite artists/bands are: The White Stripes, Bob Dylan, Regina Spektor and The Doors. I've seen all of them live at least once except for The Doors which is sadly kind of impossible to see live :P

Lastly the thing I actually think I love the most is travel. I love going to new places and exploring them, visiting famous monuments or just going shopping and basically just taking in the culture any way I can. Trying new and exotic foods is always fun and exciting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just recently I was in Beijing, China on a scholarship where I studied computer animation and 3D design. Being from Sweden the first week in China was an extreme change for me. China was like no place I've ever been to in Europe and it blew me away. Things were so different and so many things were so beautiful. I visited the Forbidden City and walked around inside for several hours together with my friend and after a long and very hot day we sat down on one of the benches, had a drink and looked around at everything. I've never been more at peace than at that moment.

Speaking of peace. The year before I was in China I spent a summer in San Sebastián, Spain. I studied Spanish and went on a new trip almost every day together with my classmates. Since it was during summer the city became very quiet around the afternoon when a lot of people took siesta. It took awhile to get used to but eventually I came to love the really relaxed pace of the people living there. Even though I studied a lot and always went on trips I don't think I've ever felt so rested after a vacation. It was a truly beautiful place with beautiful and kind people.
