I grew up in Britanny, Asterix' country, near the biggest French festival, "The old plows", what turned my youth into a kind of "Taking Woodstock".

After dreaming to become architect, paleontologist, journalist, astrophysicist (and other things in -ist) I'm now an engineer in optics.

I currently work in the automotive industry. I design Augmented Reality devices for cars.

In 2015 I made a one-year trip across South America where I was hosted by tens of amazing people. Now settling, I can open my home again.

When entering someone's place for the first time, I like to have a glance to his library. I won't read anyone like an open book but it tells a lot.

Creci in Bretaña, la provincia de Asterix, cerca del mayor festival de musica en Francia, "Los viejos arados", lo que convirtio mi juventud en un tipo de "Destino Woodstock".

Despues de sonar con volverme arquitecto, paleontologo, periodista, astrofisico, soy ahora ingeniero en optica.

En este momento, trabajo en la industria automobil. Diseno sistemas de Realidad Aumentada para autos.

En 2015 hice un viaje de un ano a traves de America del Sur, en donde fui hospedado por gente piola. De vuelta a Francia, puedo abrir mi casa nuevamente.

Al entrar a la casa de alguien por la primera vez, me gusta echar un vistazo a su biblioteca. No se puede leer a nadie como un libro abierto pero dice mucho.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First hosting in Paris and surfing across Europe, I was lucky enough to find shelter and meet awesome people all along my way across South America.
I also met friends during CS events.

Al inicio hospedando en Paris y viajando en Europa, tuve la suerte de encontrar huespedes re copados en mi camino a traves de America del Sur.

I enjoy all what Paris can offer: concerts, cinema festivals, theatre, museums, walks and reading in parcs, picnics along the quays of the Seine and obviously its bars.

I am a sucker for history and Paris' one is fascinating.

I play football for fun after 10 years of practice in club, badminton, volley-ball and sometimes kayaking. After an epic cruise across the Aegean Sea, I would like to sail again.

I love music festivals. After knowing the main French ones, three years ago, I climbed the upper step by going to the Sziget festival in Budapest. A dream come true.

Estoy apasionado de Historia y la de Paris es increible.

Juego al futbol por placer despues de 10 anos en club, al badminton, al voleibol, y cuando tengo la oportunidad, hago kayak. Despues de un crucero memorable en Grecia, me gustaria navegar de nuevo.

Me encantan los festivales de musica. Despues de conocer los mayores en Francia, tres anos atras, subi al nivel alto participiendo al Sziget festival en Budapest. Un sueno hecho realidad.

I like the classical French authors (Stendhal, Flaubert, Maupassant, Zola) and the modern american ones (Bret Easton Ellis, Hunther S. Thompson, Hubert Selby Jr).
Also, sci-fi books, my two favorite authors Philip K. Dick and Ray Bradbury.
I'm a big fan of Alan Moore.

Musically, I'm keen on rock, metal and electro.
Some of my favorite bands: PJ Harvey, Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Queens of the Stone Age, The White Stripes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Kills, Air, Feist, The Prodigy, TV on the radio.

It would be so long naming all the directors I love. Like for the writers, I'd say old french directors (Godard, Truffaut, Sautet), modern american ones (Kubrick, Burton, Nolan, Aronofsky, Fincher) and Wong Kar-Wai (especially "Chungking Express")

I love Michel Gondry's childish poetry.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Well, to begin with, dressing up as a woman for a play in front of 200 spectators.

Facing a night storm during a cruise across Aegean Sea.
Being hosted in an island in the middle of the Tigre Delta, Buenos Aires. Most awesome couch until now.

Otherwise, 2 events:
- what became for posterity the "Tree Party" in Sziget Festival, a human forest under a tent.
4000 people holding and shaking branches (and an inflatable boat) under a tent during an Hungarian electro set played by DJs dressed up in animals.
- the entering of the Virgin of Guadalupe in Sucre, Bolivia. Hundreds of people wearing stunning suits and coming from all over the country to play music and dance day and night.

Lo mas loco quizas: travestirme para una obra delante de 200 espectadores.
Enfrentarsme con una tormenta de noche durante un crucero en Grecia.
Estar hospedado en una isla en medio del Delta de Tigre, Buenos Aires. Hasta ahora, el couch mas joya.

Tambien, 2 eventos:
- lo que fue llamado la "Fiesta de los arboles" in Sziget festival, un bosque humano dentro de una carpa.
Millares de personas agitando ramas (y un bote inflable) dentro de una carpa durante el show electro de DJs disfrazados de animales.
- la entrada de la Virgen de Guadalupe en Sucre, Bolivia. Cientos de personas vestidas de colores y llegando de todas partes de Bolivia para tocar musica y bailar de dia y noche.

Obviously, I could teach you a little french to manage in any situation (that includes swear words).

Por supuesto, podria ensenarle un poco de frances para sobrevivir en cualquier situacion (incluso para putear)

I'm also a beginner cook and use CSers as guinea pigs (so far, all of them survived) Then, if you know typical recipes, I'd enjoy sharing them.
As said previously, I love History and I can narrate several stories about the epic french one.

Tambien soy un cocinero principiante y utilizo CSers como conejillos (hasta ahora, todos sobrevivieron). Entonces, si conozca recetas tipicas, me gustaria compartirlas.

Como dicho mas arriba, me encanta la Historia asi que puedo contar varios episodios de la de Francia.
