Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This website is great! I found out about when I lived in Chania, Crete, Greece back in 2012. I lived in Greece for a little over one year then moved back to Japan for another three years where I continued to host off and on. I was lucky enough to host MANY people and greatly enjoyed every minute of it! Some of the people I hosted have become some of my best friends still today. I have not been able to experience the "surfing" aspect of things but have done a lot of hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Awesome!!!! Was lucky enough to have the perfect house in Crete, Greece to host people often. Really enjoyed meeting all people from all over the world! I now live in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. In between Japan and Norfolk I lived in Jacksonville, FL for five years and San Diego, CA for almost four years. I did not have much involvement with the couch surfing community during my time back in the United States. Back on the travel block I have opened my profile back up and will be spending a significant amount of time in Malta this year. Hope to meet some interesting fellow couch surfers this year! Cheers!

Interests

I love good people! Meeting, hanging out, talking, having a good time. Memories are the best and you will have them forever. Enjoy all outdoor activities and sports. Mainly water sports, surfing, wakeboarding... Did a lot of snowboarding in Japan.

Anything but horror movies!!!!! Horror movies are super lame....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Geez there are so many. Have lived outside the US for since 2006 and love it! Luckily I have a wonderful job that allows me to continuously travel the world!

Just recently did bungy jumping for the first time in Sept 2012. Jumped off the Aradania Bridge in Crete, Greece. 138 meters!!!!
