ABOUT ME

I don't take myself too seriously, and am always looking for the positive, unexpected, fun side of my life. I laugh a lot. I'm studying opera at university (I'm a pianist). When I'm not making music, I love anything outdoors (running, swimming, soccer, snowboarding, hiking/scrambling...), reading, and playing poker.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like hosting during the school year (Sept.-Apr.). Because I am very busy with school, last minute requests (4-1 days ahead of time) are preferred. I will have a harder time committing to being not overwhelmed further in advance. :-) And I'm even more happy to host when in the summer if I'm not travelling!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a lot of music! Classical, Jazz, Latin, and some Pop and Hip-hop. For movies, I love the Increadibles and many of the Pixar films, Ironman, Monty Python, and many French, Italian and Spanish films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My life is amazing! But if I had to single out one thing, it may be backpacking in the Canadian Rockies, particularly a three day trip through Jasper called the Skyline. Or just about every moment of five weeks I spent in the most beautiful town you're ever seen, just south of Vienna.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've worked for years as a professional pianist and organist. I love learning more about various types of dancing, and really about all sorts of things people are passionate about.
