I began to explore the world just recently and I fell in love with the sense of freedom - there are endless possibilities to be happy anyplace. That's pretty much why I am here.

I believe I am a quite sociable person, talkative when I have to be, and a good listener. I love a good night out but I can enjoy quieter days as well. Love to dance! I like to have people around to share lots of laughs and good stories. While traveling I can still enjoy the touristy spots but there's nothing quite like finding by chance a place, a corner, a flavor that will always live in the memory as 'yours'. It's about to meet people and see things in a unique way.

I'm a User Interface Engineer and although my job requires that I spend a lot of time in front of a computer I absolutely adore to be at the beach. I love the ocean, waves, sand and the sun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been hosting surfers awhile now, and I plan to start my own journey soon.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmmm... Indie, forró, samba, electronic, classic rock, frevo, reggae, folky brazilian stuff, funk, soul - 70's brazilian soul music... That kind of stuff. But basically any sound that makes me want to dance.

I like to watch TV series and I do it a lot. Seriously.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Hosted 12 couchsurfers from all around the world during the carnival in Recife, 2015. What a blast we had!
- Swam with dolphins at Do Madeiro Beach, Brazil, during my first surf lesson.
- The sunset at Ipanema beach, in Rio de Janeiro, took my breath away. Truly awe-inspiring!
- The Empire State Building in New York City skyline gave me the chills.

Teach, Learn, Share

There is so much I want to learn and discover... specially when it comes to languages - besides English, I studied japanese during three years. I love to hear about life adventures. I can teach some portuguese and how to (try to) dance :)
