ABOUT ME

i'm a lucky person,great events and people sometimes just happens to me :) Usually I'm lost in a wonders of the past, because I study history. And I agree with people, who say that history is boring, but only if you see it from a "traditional" point of view (politics, politics and politics). That's why I'm interested in a history of people: everyday life, culture, art, fashion. Also I love dancing (I'm doing it since 5 years old), reading inspiring books, observing nature (it's the ever-changing miracle). Of course traveling and meeting new people, because everyone has a story to tell.

I'm new here, so still haven't got a chance to participate, but hoping to do it soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I mostly had an "unofficial" couchsurfing experience, like staying at friends, firends of friends and so on. Also had a few wonderful hosts in the "hospitality club".

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: all that leaves you in a great mood.
Music: old good rock n' roll (The Doors is my number 1)
Books: Very various ones. I'm a huge fan of Tuve Janson and her cute characters - Moomins. Also other fantasy books and classics, too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participation in the Lithuanian Song and Dance Celebration, its' feeling of unity with thousands of people. I hope more amazing things wait for me in the future.

As I mentioned, I study history, so I can share some interesting stories and facts about my city and country that others do not know. I myself would like to learn about every culture in this world.
