COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some great couchsurfing experiences and can only recommend it!

Interests

I love travelling. I love music and going to concerts and shows. I love playing my piano and ukulele. I love doing sport and keeping fit. I love my friends because they are amazing whatever we are doing, either chilling in a park, going on a day out, having a BBQ or going dancing. I love meeting new people too!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not very picky when it comes to films but my all time favourite is Pride and Prejudice (the original, of course.)

I like classic books such as Brideshead Revisited and The Great Gatsby.

I couldn't imagine a life without music! Ludovico Einaudi is a current favourite, My playlists are varying and always include Bastille, Tom Odell, City and Colour, Swing and Jazz music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Valencia with a friend for La Tomatina, which was one of the best experiences I've ever had! We went to the Water and Wine Festival the night before, which consisted of a bull run and then a parade through the streets where the locals, who where up on their balconies, responded to the crowds calls of "Agua! Agua!" by pouring buckets of water on them. As bands played through the streets, trucks filled with wine were stationed along the route and locals handed out free wine! La Tomatina happened the next day, thousands of people made there way into a tiny street where trucks full of tomatoes drove through and tomatoes where thrown out into the crowd. Everyone then proceeded to throw them at each other. It may sound a bit crazy and it was, but it was so much fun!

Roadtrip to the south of France and north of Spain. Amazing beaches and surf, incredible trekking and a few luxury days in Bordeaux. Unforgettable.
