About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living in Paris since I got back to Paris after my one of a kind australian experience

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty funny guy (I like make joke, especially playing with the supposed "french arrogance"), easy going, good listener and many other things that you could discover around a drink!

PHILOSOPHY

My favourite quotation that I try to follow says aproximately:

"He did it because he didn't know that it was impossible"
Or simply
"Just do it" or "Impossible is nothing" (same meaning but it's less poetic you know)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

2 years after my trip in Guatemala, I hosted my Guate friend in my househare in Paris.

Since I'm living in my own place, I hosted my Peruvian friend last summer and I'm planning to host my Korean friend soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been couchsurfing since August 2012 and have so far:
- stayed 3 nights in Washington DC on a huge house
- slept 3 nights in Lynchburg area (Virginia) for 3 different epic stories
- stayed a week in a farm in North Carolina
- stayed 2 nights at a CS Ambassador in Memphis (Tennessee)
- surfed 3 nights with an awesome couple in Lafayette (Louisiana)
- stayed 1 week with 2 different couchsurfers in New Orleans (NOLA is awesome!!!)
- surfed 4 nights in Guadalajaja, (Jalisco), Mexico with an script writer and 3 nights in Colima near pacific coast with an sculptor!!
- slept 1 week with 2 AWESOME couchsurfers in Mexico City!!
- surfed 1 week for the end of my american trip in Guatemala City with a great, cool and helpful family

Interests

I love to discover new countries, walking in an amazing landscape, learning new cultures.. Actually, travelling is the thing I like most! Then, I'm a sporty guy, especially I like to play soccer (I'm a super great player!yeah!) Otherwise, I like to go out with my friends especially to listen to live music in pubs!

Music, Movies, and Books

Hum, i'm not complicated, so I like many things... About movies, I especially like those of Quentin Tarantino (Reservoir Dogs (the most), Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill or Inglourious Basterds)... and French movies as well!
Concerning music, I like French songs, especially Renaud but I'm sure you don't know him (We can say it's the "french Bob Dylan"!)
Finally, I love reading and my favourite writer is Francois Cavanna, a French writer... of course! Otherwise, I love "the confederacy of dunces" by John Kennedy Toole, one of my favorite! I definitely recommend you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to choose! Skydiving above a magnifique lake in New Zealand, climb a volcano in activity in Guatemala and toasting my sandwich on it, swimming with dolphins right in the middle of the ocean, walking in a magnificent Cappadoce area landscapes'(Turkey) and seeing nobody during 3 hours are definitely all in my list!
