About Me

Te amo tequila means I love you tequila. I'm here to celebrate life not to babysit anyone. Let the tequila show you the way.

First of all, I'm a captain so most of my time I'm on the water driving boats.

7 WAYS TEQUILA IS GOOD FOR YOU =)
1. It's the go-to choice of celiac sufferers and the gluten-obsessed.
2. It will elevate your mood. Unlike other alcohol options, tequila is said to be an upper, not a downer.
3. Tequila lowers blood sugar and cholesterol.
4. It boasts minimal hangover powers. Blanco or silver tequila don't contain congeners - the chemical that exacerbates hangovers.
5. Tequila numbs the pain. Don't know about emotional or love pain =)
6. Fewer calories, more taste. For all you calorie counters freaks.
7. It cures the common cold. That's what doctors in 1930s Mexico said, anyway I think it's true.

I'm Javy, and I've been a Couchsurfing member for over 10 years. I love the community but just as any community it has evolve in so many levels. I myself have evolve to a different person since I started. Couch Surfing to me is this...picture this: You extend an invitation to a traveler from a distant land, perhaps from a country you've always been curious about but never had the chance to visit. As they arrive at your doorstep, weary from their journey yet brimming with excitement for the adventures ahead, you welcome them with open arms.

During their stay, you offer more than just a comfortable place to rest. You engage in meaningful conversations, sharing stories of your lives, your backgrounds, and your dreams. Through these interactions, you gain insights into their culture, traditions, and perspectives, broadening your own horizons in the process.

What can I provide to a couch surfer more than just a place to crash for a night or two... maybe a massage and cooking exchange. I'm happy to share my culinary skills, from some authentic Mexican food to some good tequila margaritas. I'm also gifted with massaging...I been told. They say my smoothing massage helps with easing the tensions of travel and providing a moment of relaxation and rejuvenation.

In this moment in my life, I enjoy cooking, nudist lifestyle, meditation, photography, and sailing around the California coast. Couchsurfing has given me some of the most amazing experiences of my life. I've met some incredible people from all over the world and had some once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

IMPORTANT RULES!!!

BEFORE SENDING ME A REQUEST PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING - RULES - If you want to be my guest please keep in mind this is not a hotel neither am Airbnb. If your just looking for a place to call it a night and have no interaction then this will not be the place to stay. Also please pick up after yourself and don't bring any uninvited guests.

The marina has couple of RULES which are not mine but I have to obey them due to their policy - I can't have any unattended guests which means that if I'm not on the boat you can't be there. No my rule but the marina and they're very strict about it. So if I have to leave the boat for any last minute errands or work you will have to go and explore somewhere else while I'm out. If this is a big deal then again this wouldn't be a good place for you to surf. Last but not least, no loud music after 9 pm and please pick up after yourself I can't stress enough.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST - I'm here to swap stories and skills, cooking exchange, savor sunset cocktails together, and cast some lines into the ocean with the hope of catching some fish. If you want to surf my boat you have to agree to be a guest on my fishing podcast.

I'm here for QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.

PHILOSOPHY

“When I was five years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down "Being Happy". They told me I didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life.
- John Lennon
