HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a Social Entrepreneur.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not in an organised way. I have been invited several times by people in villages to live in their houses as a guest - more like a family member - even for over a month, when I undertake a project in their village - a Real life experience.

Interests

Help people to:
1.Set up Solar Panels on Roof-Tops of their individual houses to generate their own electric energy.
2.Set up small wind mills at local farms to draw up ground water by wind driven pumps.
3. Set up Rain Water Harvesting Units in individual houses in colonies of Bangalore City.
4.Educate people and advise authorities in villages on clean Drinking Water i.e. purification of water; and Sanitation Projects and Waste Management Projects.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy movies, books etc that stimulate me- not sob stories. Stuff that makes me think. Success stories of real men in position etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Invitation by an University to talk on my 'Village Uplifting Projects'. Similarly, interviewed by a TV Channel in their Morning Programme. I least expected this type of recognition for my simple desire to help my fellowmen.
