About Me
ABOUT ME
I am friendly, sweet, grounded and spiritual. I value my friendships and I see myself as an optimist. I like to laugh a lot and you will see me smiling most of the times, as I do enjoy life !
As a holistic practitioner, my life is filled with Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, flower essences, meditation, and so on.
Although I live in the city, I'm deeply connected to nature.
I was a vegetarian for more than 8 years, before becoming vegan one year ago. All because of my love for animals and the will not to kill another living being.
PHILOSOPHY
I like to think everyone has his/her own Dharma (goal/mission) in life. Hence the importance of discovering what it is.
I strongly believe in these words from the Mahatma Gandhi : "Be the change you want to see in the world". :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've already been 4 times to India (mostly in the North) as it was one of my childhood dreams to see the Taj Mahal one day - and I haven't been disappointed ! I especially like the way spirituality is included in every little things of daily life there.
Although I am not an activist, I was part of PETA's "Running of the Nudes" in 2005 - which was a protest against bullfighting in Barcelona - and I especially liked how so many different people from different backgrounds and nationalities could have the same goal. The atmosphere was so cheerful and friendly !
