Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm looking for places in Australia to stay between August 9, 2019 and August 22, 2019.
My lovely cousin lives in Airlie Beach and is getting married there on the 29th.

I'd like to get up to Airlie by the 22nd, but I'm landing in Sydney on the 9th and looking for adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I travelled up and down the west coast of north america in 2015, I stayed with two different men that I found on couchsurfing.com, yay!

Interests

Spending time in the garden with the flowers and bees. Playing music while sitting under trees. Star gazing and ocean bathing. Sandy beaches and mountain trails.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching a meteor shower while living in a nun's garage on a 100 acre lot in MacArthur Mills (30 minutes north-east of Bancroft Ontario). This is where I learned what the Canadian Shield really feels like. The stars lit up the sky while we watched dozens of meteors fly through.

While cruising with the family I toured through the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Lucia. From the port a group of us drove through the lush country into a very rural area. We stopped at a beautiful waterfall where I was able to sit inside the fall and let the flow massage my entire body. Then jump of the rocky platform and swim in the ponds and streams.

Teach, Learn, Share

I get pretty excited talking about music theory, and approaches to creativity.
I'm happy to share ideas on how to get into states of self-expression that does not cripplingly judge what's coming through. (ha ha)

I'm also and experienced in meditation techniques from several traditions, that I am almost always happy to discuss.

I can share some of my music with you if you can find me a guitar! I can also cook some meals for you. And tell stories and share memories.
