Hi my name is Engin, I am a partner in an architecture design and built company in Istanbul. I love to travel and meet new people, so couchsurfing seems to me a good way to excite a little bit more my life. There's always time to have fun, talks, drink together, share ideas...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

ATTENTION - SAFETY TIPS FOR TRAVELERS:
Many of these things are explained in CouchSurfer, but sometimes repeat can be usefull.

1. PHONE
If you travel you need at least one working phone. Please check your credit and phone battery before reaching Istanbul.
It's really important.
2. OTHER CONTACTS
I can read email, phone with Skype, chat with WhatsApp.
If you have a favourite contact let me know.
3. MAPS
Take with you a paper map of İstanbul, so you don't get lost also if you have problems with your phone.
4. PLANS
Tell me your plans, I can give you tips to enjoy them.
If you tell me "You decide" I will act as if anything I decide is good for you.
5. ARRIVAL TIME
Arrival time is really important: if you arrive by plane or by train, I can take you from airport, sometimes.
If I cannot take you, I will give you the best route to reach my place.
Having a map can save your day
Please be sharp and text me / call me if there are delays. Having a phone can save your day (see 1.PHONE)
