About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Where there's a will there's a way

ABOUT ME

Absolutely complicated girl from Vietnam. My best friengds always tell me that my mood swings just like the weather over here.
In rainy day, a song "the lazy song" of Bruno Mars decribes the best in me
Today I don't feel like doing anything
I just wanna lay in my bed
Don't feel like picking up my phone
So leave a message at the tone
'Cause today I swear I'm not doing anything.

Just kidding ^^, but I prefer staying at home, drinking a cup of hot chocolate, reading a good book and enjoying watching rain dropping outside.

But when the sunshine approaches, suddenly I turn out to be different version of myself. Friendly, little crazy, a little noisy, out-going, stubborn and sometimes out-of-control. I told ya, I'm crazy =)) Wonder around every single corner in my hometown, cafe with my buddies, eat good good and do something crazy but remarkable.

However, when studying or working, I'm definitely responsible, hard-working and always set highest goals to achieve. I put the best in everything I do to see how far I can go. My partners in university said sometimes I'm quite bossy, but with the good direction and team working skill, We always gain what we really want.

Just like Marily Monroe described herself: "I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I made mistake, I'm out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you don't handle at at my worst then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best"s

I always believe we only have one youth to live, to enjoy, to share and discover new stuff and new places together.

PHILOSOPHY

Even Freedom is not free

Interests

1. Food-addicted.
My boy friend always complains I put food in the first place and he is the second in my mind =)) lol. Although I'm suck at cooking, I may not be the most diligent cook in the world, I'm sure my love for food cannot deniable. I love discovering new dishes, especially Vietnamese food, Italian and Japanese food, nice places to eat and hangout with my friends.
I think I can eat sushi and Unagi Don all day long. It is the main reason why I am interested in Japan in general and Japanese culture in particular. If possible, you guys should watch "Jiro dreams of sushi" (easily find out on youtube) to know more about the love and passion for sushi of Japanese people across generations.

2. Photography.
I'm undoutedly amateur in this field and only have Iphone 4 but I love capturing every moment in my life. Because I think it will become precious and tresurable assets of mine when I get older, who knows. I usually post my photo on instagram under the name kissparadise, if you wanna drop by.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books loved
I'm in love with Japanese Books of Haruki Murakami such as Kafka on the Shore; Norwegian Wood; South of the Border, West of the Sun.
His style not only affects my thoughts but also absolutely steps into my inner world. His expressive literatule has a rich powerful influence forcing any readers to discory their own mind, soul and heart on their own way. Finally discover the secret confided as well as the infinite sadness of every human being

Someone can say the Japanese literature can kill people by their own sadness. But for me, it's totally wrong. You can never be stronger without realizing your weakness. Know more to improve yourself more. The most important thing is that you dare to face yourself, challenge yourself and win it in all ways.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most memorable moments I have experienced is when I travelled to Sapa - frontier town and capital of Sa Pa District in the Lao Cai province in northwest Vietnam. It is one of the main market towns in the area, where several ethnic minority groups such as Hmong, Dao (Yao), Giay, Pho Lu, and Tay live. The Hoang Lien Son range of mountains dominates the district, which is at the eastern extremity of the Himalayas so the weather is really nice.

At that time, we decided to hire motorbike for travelling around instead of walking. Each boy was in charge of taking care of each girl. In first few minutes, we went down hill from the significant high place with acceptable speed. But all of suddenly, my rider switched off the motorbike engine without my agreement. He let our motorbike flow naturally along with the moutain's curve.
"OMG! What are you doing???? Wtf is going on????"
Sorry guys, but I was totally freaked out and only thing I could do was scream out to death. lol
But the way I felf was awesome, crazily awesome. It could be named by only one word as Legend...wait for it...daryyyyyy
The feeling of freedom just like a bird flying in the sky. The feeling absolutely ruled over the scare. If I have a chance, I will do it over and over again with... safely is guaranted for sure.
