About Me

I live in a village next to Reghin, in my grandparents house. It is a lovely place, but the access to the city of Reghin/Targu Mures might be a bit difficult, although there are busses every hour and a train station is nearby. But if you want to visit, we can figure something out transportation wise. Sometimes I live in my parents flat in the city of Reghin, I can host people there as well.

I like the simple things, the way nature smells and the way the sunset behind my garden leaves me breathless every single day. This is why I moved to this village, living in the house my grandparents built that gives me a lot of positive energy. My family made some "modern" interventions to the house, which partly interfered with its original spirit, but these things are reversible and one day I wish to bring it back to its initial state.

I`m a vegetarian, I enjoy local products and food everywhere I go, I love to dance and sing, I will sing along to any song I know, even bad ones, I try to be aware about my footprint in this world and try to make it as positive as possible.

If you would like to stay with me, please write a personalized message, so I know who you are and why you are visiting. It is nice to connect even before meeting! Thank you :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

surfing and hosting as much as possible

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a few couchsurfing experiences as guest and host and every time I am reminded how this "randomness" always makes sense and how everything happens for a reason. I absolutely love how you can connect in a very limited amount of time with a stranger that walks into your house or welcomes you in his.

Interests

design of any kind - architecture, graphic design, industrial design;
travelling - currently I am trying to go hiking as often as possible

Music, Movies, and Books

dostoievski, tolstoi, eliade, thomas mann, arghezi, bacovia are among my favorite writers....Metallica is my all time favorite band, Beethoven`s 7th symphony my favorite piece of music, but I am open to any music as long as it is melodious and sends a meaningful message.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiked tot the sea side (around 500 km) with my best friend when I was 15 with almost no money, no accommodation, absolutely no plan what to do there except go to the beach and swim. Looking back it was a quite naive thing to do and we were very lucky nothing bad happened, but it was one of the most amazing experiences I`ve ever had.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My passion for design and nature, my excitement for small details, my fascination about the way light gives depth to landscapes and buildings.
I can help you learn German, Romanian or English :-)
If you will visit me I will show you the most beautiful sights in my area, if you will host me I will be easy going and always with a joke on the lips!
