ABOUT ME

This is always a tough section for me, I don't like selling myself too much. I love traveling and experiencing new things and that's why I am trying out this travel community. I am fairly easy to be around and pretty adaptable. I am also pretty sure I have a good sense of humor and also am quite outspoken and extroverted.

Interests

As I mentioned, I love travelling. I also enjoy reading - usually read business/finance-related stuff (not to sound like a nurd), because this is my profession. Finally, one of my biggest hobbies is dancing zumba, I got completely hooked on it about half a year ago. Other than that, I enjoy things most people enjoy - good food/wine, outdoors, occasional movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most incredible things I've experienced was going on a Ambassador Track to Nicaragua last August. A group of 15 colleagues, including myself, raised ~$70,000 to build a school (basically a bug house) in rural Nicaragua. After we raised the money, we traveled there to live with local families and work on school construction. The trip only lasted a week, but it was an absolutely unforgettable and life-changing experience (the non-profit organisation's name is BuildOn, if anyone is interested).
