ABOUT ME

I have been unbelievably fortuante and priviliged in my life. I've gotten to travel the world, seen things with my own eyes and been able to make my own experiences. This has all allowed me to connect with people from all over and realize how much love that can be shared across culture and nations. Many of my closest friends are spread all over this planet, and my heart is longing for them every day.

After high school I was very lucky to be able to go abroad and spend a year as a volunteer in Mongolia. I worked for the Norwegian Lutheran Misson, and spent the days as a teacher for the Norwegian children there. Being away for such a long time, in such a deserted place changed me in many ways.

Now I am living as a student in Oslo and loving it. I am unfortunately not able to host, as I am living with four other students in an apartment. But I will happily hang out and show people around, if I have time and am available.

Interests

As for most of us traveling and connecting with new people is a major interest. I love spending time with family and friends, not just staying in touch over the phone and fb. I used to swim for many years, which has lead me on to scuba diving. Starting up climbing these days, and Im trying to take advantage of Oslo's amazing surrounding nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

Musically Thomas Dybdahl's melancolic voice has me bewitched. At the moment Zafón's books from Barcelona are capturing me. Into the Wild and Invictus are movies that can always make me ponder life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to ride a camel in Mongolia. It was so fluffy I wanted to die.
