About Me

THE CALL OF THE ROAD

I can hear the call of the road, like a siren's song, calling me to new adventures and experiences. I'm a free spirit, with a wanderlust that can never be fully quenched.

THE SEARCH FOR FREEDOM

I'm constantly in search of freedom - the freedom to explore, to learn, to meet new people, and to discover new cultures. It's the driving force behind my travels, and the reason why I'm always on the move.

THE LOVE OF TRAVEL

Traveling is my passion, my raison d'être. I love the thrill of being on the road, never knowing what the next day will bring. Whether it's hitchhiking across Europe or sailing across the seas, I'm always up for an adventure.

THE IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING

For me, traveling is all about learning - learning about different cultures, different languages, and different ways of life. Every new place I visit is an opportunity to expand my knowledge and my understanding of the world around me.

THE BEAUTY OF MUSIC

Music is another great passion of mine. From rock to folk to underground, I'm always on the lookout for new sounds to add to my collection. Music has the power to transport me to another time and place, and I love nothing more than discovering new artists and genres.

THE MAGIC OF BOOKS

Books are another great love of mine. From the great works of Thoreau and Dante to the underground classics of the Beat generation, I'm always looking for new literary adventures to embark upon. There's something truly magical about getting lost in a good book, and I can't imagine ever tiring of that feeling.

THE JOY OF MEETING NEW PEOPLE

One of the greatest joys of traveling is meeting new people. From fellow travelers to locals, every person I meet has the potential to enrich my life in some way. I love hearing their stories, learning about their lives, and making new connections that will last a lifetime.

THE THRILL OF ADVENTURE

Whether it's climbing a mountain, sailing the high seas, or simply exploring a new city on foot, I'm always up for an adventure. There's something truly exhilarating about pushing yourself to your limits and discovering what you're truly capable of.

THE FREEDOM OF THE OPEN ROAD

Above all else, it's the freedom of the open road that truly calls to me. The ability to go wherever I want, whenever I want, is something that fills me with a sense of pure joy and excitement. I don't know where the road will take me next, but I know that wherever it leads, I'll be ready for the adventure.

Interests

The road sings with the rhythm of rock music, blasting from the car speakers as I venture forth, eager to explore all the wonders this world has to offer. I'm a voracious reader, devouring books of every kind, from the beatnik musings of Kerouac and Burroughs to the timeless tales of Shakespeare and Dante. My love of film runs deep as well, and I seek out every opportunity to discover new cinematic gems.

But my true passion lies in meeting new people, traveling to far-off lands, and experiencing all the world has to offer. I'm drawn to the earthy melodies of folk music, and there's nothing quite like the feeling of hiking up a rugged mountain trail or sailing across the vast expanse of a shimmering lake. When I travel, I make it a point to sample the local cuisine and indulge in a cold beer or two, savoring every moment of the adventure.

Hitchhiking is my favorite way to get around, feeling the rush of the wind and the freedom of the open road. But I'm also not opposed to soaring through the clouds, taking to the skies in a metal bird. And sometimes, I just can't resist the urge to climb, whether it's scaling a towering mountain or perching atop a skyscraper, gazing out over the sprawling cityscape below. For me, life is a never-ending journey, and I'm always eager to hit the road and see where it takes me next.

Music, Movies, and Books

In my rucksack, among the clothes and essentials, you'll find a collection of my favorite books. Thoreau's "Walden", Eco's "The Name of the Rose", Bukowski's "Post Office", Kerouac's "On the Road", Burroughs's "Naked Lunch", Ginsberg's "Howl", Blake's "The Marriage of Heaven and Hell", Dante's "Divine Comedy", Shakespeare's "Hamlet", Jesienin's poetry, and Mandelshtam's "Tristia" - just to name a few. Whenever I have a spare moment, I lose myself in the pages of these literary giants, seeking inspiration for my own writing.

When it comes to movies, I'm not a fan of Hollywood blockbusters. Instead, I gravitate towards low-budget films that tackle serious topics. I want to see raw, unfiltered stories that challenge the status quo and make me question my own beliefs. From indie dramas to foreign arthouse flicks, my taste in movies is as diverse as my taste in music.

Ah, music. It's the soundtrack of my life, always playing in the background no matter where I am or what I'm doing. I listen to all kinds of music, but rock and folk are my personal favorites. The guitar riffs, the pounding drums, the soulful lyrics - they speak to my rebellious spirit and make me feel alive. I'm always on the lookout for new bands and artists to add to my ever-growing playlist. Whether I'm hitchhiking across the country or sailing on the open sea, I need my music to keep me going.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a lot about history, art, and folk music. My love for these subjects runs deep, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I also have a keen ear for underground music and love introducing people to new sounds. If you're interested, I can show you how to sail or how to travel on a budget. I'm always hungry for new knowledge, so I am willing to learn about anything and everything. Let's share our passions and inspire each other to keep exploring!
