About Me

I want to travel the world and continue meeting cool, unique people in different countries! Finally putting down roots in Philadelphia, loving the life I've built for myself,

I'm mostly an extrovert, but do enjoy alone time. I'm very kind, even to people who don't always deserve my kindness (lol). I don't shy away from difficult conversations and do my best to find common ground.

I enjoy going to concerts, playing rugby, going to bars/clubs, and cooking!

My smile is contagious!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have lots of experience hosting/surfing and meeting up with other CSers in my travels! I love that it brings together people who might never get to meet otherwise (saving money when travelling is just a bonus)

If you are visiting Philly, I'd be happy to meet up and show you around. Maybe you can even catch one of my rugby matches! I'm not currently hosting any surfers.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music is very diverse. I listen to anything from A Tribe Called Quest to Soccer Mommy, Tom Misch to The Used, James Brown to King Krule.

Read a lot of books related to political economy, trauma and healing, and racial justice. Also reading a LOT of fantasy and sci-fi novels (anything by NK Jemisin, Octavia Butler, and Tomi Adeyemi)!

The best movie I've seen recently: Everything, Everywhere, All At Once

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Direct action inside the Mayor's office
Boat right under Iguazú Falls
