About Me
I believe traveling changes your brain... in a good way! I love exploring new places and immersing myself in a culture, it's food, architecture, art... the people. I like walking... a lot. I like food too, a lot.
I have done the Camino de Santiago 2 times (Via de la Plata Route). That's how much I like walking.
Some of my favorite places are: Berlin, Guanajuato, Guadalajara, all of Spain, Rome, Montreal, New York City.
I am on a journey... I am learning about the world and learning more and more about Yoga, Herbalism, Art Activism and Magic (intention setting, ritual, mindset... etc) and the intersection of all these things. I am busy taking courses, learning from mentors and from life. I am also interested in psychology, history, philosophy (broad subjects I know), feminism, literature, astrology, the Tarot, organic farming... always love conversations about any of these subjects, also ...sustainable living, ways we can help all of humanity in this age of out-of-control consumerism, spirituality, also a good joke to lighten things up :) laughter is medicine.
I'm easy going, mature and friendly. Usually when I stay at a couchsurf host I am away much of the time because I am usually traveling to study or explore or for a certain workshop or course... but I would like to also talk, share travel stories, share a meal.
Not interested in party houses or alcohol or drugs (except possibly a glass of wine if it is a good wine, and especially if it is to go along with a nice meal).
Also please only open-minded, inclusive people. LGBTQ friendly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To offer our couch ....when possible. And, to meet the people of the world. There is no better way to get to know a place than to stay with the locals!
Because I like the idea of helping out fellow travelers and I feel like couchsurfing is kind of a "pay-it-forward" idea!
Interests
I am into anything artsy, music, cultural.... also enjoy sustainable lifestyle and reusing/second handing etc. Also anything leaning to the more spiritual/esoteric... I'm a big believer in energy and intention.
