About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet new people

ABOUT ME

Easygoing. I like being active as much as I like being inactive. In the time I have been with CS, I have met a very nice set of peeps. I enjoy meeting new people, telling stories and, unfortunately, really bad jokes.

Despite that, I have good manners. If I don't, tell me so I can be appropriately mortified.

PHILOSOPHY

Try and keep an open mind, and drama to a minimum. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am the current admin/manager for both a local CS event (Social Wednesdays - see Facebook) and the CS & Friends group for Facebook.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have been a host, and did my first couchsurfing this past summer.

I do attend many CS events in Delaware and Philadelphia.

Music, Movies, and Books

Star Trek, Tolkien, Star Wars, science fiction and fantasy in general. I love documentaries and things about history. Oddly enough, as far as SW and ST goes, I've never read any of the books. Did read some of the comics, though.

There is some newer music that I enjoy, but I primarily like 50s to 80s music. I like listening to anything, though, as long as it's good. Went to see a Heavy Metal band for the first time when I hosted a CSer (though I've never been into metal). All were local, and most were bad. One stood at as very good: a band named "Surgeon" out of Philadelphia. They were great.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been to Central and South America multiple times. Been to Canada. Been to every state on the East Coast of the US at least once. Except Vermont....which is technically not on the coast.......but......

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an excellent cook. Have some decent life experiences. I know Delaware, Philadelphia and a good bit of the area between New York and Washington DC quite well.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
