Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted and traveled alot.... but the last years i have been using this site as an alternative travelguide. When i travel i try to mix my transportation and sleeping places. - flight, bike, train, hitch hike - couches, friends, hostels, tents, harbor fronts...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have meet so many wonderful and cool Couchsurfers over the 6 years i was an active host, but one experience will stay as something special:

One time i hosted the wedding night. They came a Sunday, i didn't know about the wedding the next day until then. They invited me and my flatmate on a post-it note on the coffee table in the morning. The ceremony was on the city hall and the wedding night was on my couch. Simple, small and just sweet!
