ABOUT ME

I'm a lover of life. I try to place emphasis on experience over materialism. I love to laugh and to give and am constantly trying to make my ego a less dominant part of my life. I'm currentl traveling the world with my partner for the past 2 years, learning from all its fascinating people and cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

The purpose of my life is to compassionately allay suffering in as many people as possible. One of the best ways to do this is by being an excellent listener and by meditating and/or doing yoga as frequently as possible. In this way anyone can enter, even if briefly, into enlightenment and realize their connection to all people, all things, all life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences all around the world. Being invited to stay with people in their homes is one of the best things life has to offer.
I've "officially" surfed with people in Finland, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Malaysia, U.S.A., Brazil, Mexico, England, Poland, San Marino, Italy, Malta, The Gambia, Botswana, South Africa, Mozambique, Burundi, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Singapore, and many others.

Interests

Meditation (Vipassana), Yoga (Sivananda Hatha), Music (I'm a drummer), Travel Photography, Reading (I minored in literature in University), Film (grew up in Park City Utah, home of the Sundance Film Festival), Travel (obviously), sport.
