About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore the world--either by traveling, or vicariously through you!

ABOUT ME

I'm in my early 30s, and am currently a full time professional commercial and portrait photographer. I love traveling, and love meeting people on their own journey. My wife Tristen and I love the outdoors, so if you're in Arkansas and want to go on a hike, camping trip, or anything else fun, hit us up!

PHILOSOPHY

"If a man, holding a belief which he was taught in childhood or persuaded of afterwards, keeps down and pushes away any doubts which arise about it in his mind, purposely avoids the reading of books and the company of men that call into question or discuss it, and regards as impious those questions which cannot easily be asked without disturbing it--the life of that man is one long sin against mankind."
--William Clifford, 19th cent. mathematician and philosopher

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like a lot of things, but don't really have "favorites." It's rough.

The Alchemist stands out as one of my favorite books, though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've trekked through the Himalayas, met the Dalai Lama, studied frogs in Costa Rica, and been woken up by a bear while sleeping in a hammock in the woods. I've got some stories, but I'd love to hear yours!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd be happy to teach you about photography!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Tips on using your camera, stories from the places I've been. And we love to cook, so good meals are a possibility.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belize, Bolivia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Nepal, Nicaragua

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
