ABOUT ME

I am a very social and caring person who likes to meet new people and get to know their stories. If you need me I am here to help or just to listen. You can have a lot of fun with me and I am definitely not one of those girls who are afraid of breaking her manicured nails ;). But for a good party I do like to dress in a beautiful dress and spend hours doing my hair in the bathroom :).

I do have a serious side too. You should know I am a thinker; I like to think about different stuff that is going on in the world. I try to live concious about my impact on the environment, but I am not one of those radical people who try to go back living in the woods ;). I am not afraid to have a good discussion with people who have a different opinion than I do and get to know their point of view. Because getting to know different views of people is the only way we can learn.
And this is what In am doing right now, travelling the world to learn, find my passion in life and having the most amazing experiences along the way :).

PHILOSOPHY

Honestly this changes all the time. I think it is not possible to put that in one sentence like you can find it sometimes on facebook profiles. I just try to live life as it comes and make the most of it. I life live for making new experiences meeting people along my way and have fun. And I believe even if something bad happens, it happens for a reason, so something good can come from it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just joined so I am still exploring the amazing couchsurfing community. At the moment I am travelling so I can't host any people, but I would love to do so in the future when I am living in a house again instead of a campervan ;). In the mean time I would love to meet new people through couchsurfing and have a great time :).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have no couchsurfing experience but I did a lot of woofing in New Zealand. I loved to be able to get to know the locals this way and not just travelling as a tourist, staying in hotels and seeing foreign countries the way that tourist agencies want them to see. Alongside I met a lot of interesting people with different life stories and I love to listen to them, exchange opinions and learn from them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have done was walking the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand. It is a hard hike but it is worth it!!! And you are so happy after doing that, that gives you a push!
