ABOUT ME

I'm easy-going and down to earth. I love to have fun and go on adventures! I love to go to the beach when I can, or sit around, hang out and watch movies. I'm usually up for trying anything, so don't be shy to give me a shout out if you ever want to hang!

My personal philosophy is to learn all I can and teach all I can. I don't ever want to waste a moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am unable to host myself, but I would definitely like to hang out with someone visiting and other surfers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any experience of my own, but my boyfriend's cousin is a member of the couchsurfing community and tells me all about her experiences with it and one day I hope to find out myself what this is all about.

Interests

I really love cinema: movies, tv and critiquing. I'd love to act/direct/screenwrite one day, but it's a far fetched dream of mine. I also love to cook and do crafts and I basically love to learn and to teach and to meet new people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the Sookie Stackhouse series and the Blue is for Nightmares series. I've also read the Hunger Games series and I want to ready "Eat, Pray, Love" as well.
As for music, classic rock is my absolute favorite genre, I do love country, blues and the occasional rap song as well!
Movie wise, I absolutely love gangster or superhero themed movies. Comedy is also another personal favorite and anything with Paul Rudd is definitely watchable. I also am absolutely in love with the series "Friends".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity to swim with stingrays (and even kiss one!) in the Cayman Islands. In Jamaica, I climbed Dunn's River Falls and played with dolphins.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very good at English and I know how to surf and I was also a cheerleader. I guess for the most part I don't have a lot to offer, but I have some :)
I'd love to learn about photography and cinema and writing, I have some knowledge about these, but I'd love to have more. I also want to learn more about other cultures and ways of life: what kind of food others each, music they listen to, etc!
