ABOUT ME

They would say that I am a healer as I have been a neuromuscular Therapist for 17 years,an Aromatherapist, eat organically, and mostly vegetarian . I am well read and currently redefining my life as I broke my neck 5 years ago and starting a new business called eco opulent health, they would tell you I am driven and giving. I am planning to travel and move to Costa Rica.

PHILOSOPHY

Recycling, solar, wind energy, biofuel, organic gardening, freedom of choice, GREEN, slowing down and smelling the roses

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I listen and then like to engage in conversation. I am constantly doing research on one thing or ten. I am a survivor of PTSD, having taken DBT (dialectical Behavioral training) and other courses that are so good that they they should be taught in our public schools. Having taken in many children that were not my own I see that DBT is a great tool for every human being especially those not receiving instruction at home. (WOW way to deep there), I like to grow organic food and share it, I am a healer, I am ver well read in many subjects of health and nutrition and always willing to share to those who want to learn. Never push my beliefs on others that just are not ready to be healthy.

Listening to my 25 year old child when they call, Art (many forms), Biology, gardening, a cup of organic coffee at a local people watching. sitting at the ocean, writing, treasure hunting, My puppy, learning about PTSD
