About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Sing as much as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am a kind and generous person with loads of enthusiasm for life. I love both the simple and the complex. I immerse myself in whatever I am doing and I am truly interested in other people. I am usually very present and in the moment. I am accepting of all and hold no judgments over anyone except close-minded people and small thinkers!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in living a kind and generous life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and occasionally host.

Interests

I relish new adventures - anything that stimulates the senses (taste, smell, touch, sight, sound). I am a major foodie...since I am a vegetarian, I love finding new dishes I can enjoy! I am a trained professional singer, and perform all genres, but I particularly enjoy opera (dramatic soprano) and musical theater (belter/leading lady/character). I am a rabid reader of all things fiction. I think facebook is one of the best things that ever happened because it enables me to keep in touch with my friends around the globe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Singing the soprano solo of Handel's Messiah at the Casa Santo Domingo in Antigua, Guatemala in the crumbling ruins of the ancient monastery.

Living fulltime in my RV for three years and driving around the United States seeing everything I could possibly see. Driving it to the edge of the Painted Desert, down Broadway, and to the tip of Key West were major highlights!

Watching people play volleyball at a nudist resort.

Figuring out life doesn't have to be that hard.

Teach, Learn, Share

Most people are afraid to make the hard choices. Do it anyway.
