It would be interesting to meet some neat people who are traveling and hear their stories about life and help them out, as I have been helped so much when I have traveled before couch surfing even existed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would be around to be of assistance to the person(s) staying with me. And, would provide a great experience for all involved. Would be active with the couch surfer, not just going away to leave them alone or something. You can have your own furnished bedroom, as I have a very nice two bedroom place on the west side of Madison, fireplace, nice and quiet, walking distance to many stores, shops, on bus line, too.

Can converse upon any subject. Well read and well traveled. Artistic, intellectual, sensitive, head and heart. Nature lover, especially flowers. Active reader. Adores poetry, French 19th century, Rimbaud, Baudelaire, Nerval. Day trips. Great food, excellent cook. Animal lover, dogs. Masters and PhD in continental philosophy, attended the Sorbonne in Paris, PhD, French existentialism.

Love Nick Drake's music. Love all kinds of music except heavy metal. Love classical, alternative, country, rock, you name it, I am one who appreciates all kinds of music and finds learning more about music to be amazing. Working on radio, I love music and hearing new music. I love all kinds of books, reading a lot of the time. Open to any all fields of books.
