ABOUT ME

My name is Matt. I heard about this site by looking up the best ways to backpack cross-country, and thought it was pretty interesting! I've decided to take a break from the life that everyone keeps telling me I'm supposed to have; have a job, get all the money you possibly can, but crap you don't need, get married, have kids...That is all well and good for most people, but right now, it isn't for me. I've lived that life and hated it. Now, I'm going to start backpacking as much as I can once I gather the right supplies. I just need to learn about what else is out there in life...
