About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Mission?? Living a full life IS the mission. :)

ABOUT ME

Unconventional, non-conformist, into self sustainability, teaching myself about naturally growing and healthy wild foods as well as cultivating a desert food forest, questioning authority, civil disobedience, living the outdoor life, and appreciating every moment of every day. Living a life of gratitude. Observing the universe... noting... that winter solstice occurs, here on the high desert slopes of the La Sal Mountains...at 4:20pm! :)

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Do what makes you happy as long as you don't intentionally hurt someone else in the process. Be Happy!!

Music, Movies, and Books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is not enough room here nor do I want to take the time to write about them. If you're interested in some good stories, come and visit, sit down, break bread with me, watch a sunset with a tasty beverage, and lets converse...

Teach, Learn, Share

Couldn't have said it better here than you already did. So I'm going to shamelessy plagiarize this site...
"...Surfing isn't just about a place to sleep. It's about exchange. From esoteric knowledge to practical skills, you have special knowledge that others will benefit from knowing. Teach. Learn. Share. Let's do this."

What I Can Share with Hosts

When you visit you will be staying in a yurt.
It has a queen sized bed, a wood stove, and lots of space.
It would be beneficial for you to be prepared for cool/cold nights during all but the summer months. Elevation here is 6000 feet, and right up against the southwest side of the La Sal Mountains outside Moab, which means the mountains send their cool/cold air down the valley every evening and during the night.
