ABOUT ME

About me.. The first thing that is crossing my mind is that I am in love with Life generally speaking... That's probably what feeds me and makes me enjoying every moment of it.
I like travelling but did it mainly in Europe so far. My next stop is South America: I will leave early January 2013 for a 4 month trip in Brasil, Argentina (mainly), Bolivia and Perou.
What I most like in life is to get to know different people, cultures and learn from them, share experiences and ways of thinking. Cultural differences is the Planet's nicest asset and a treasure that has to be generously shared among us all.
Cheerful, attracted by simple moments in Life, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the cine, theater or to cultural events, I can also spend hours walking and exploring a City. I love dancing salsa and batchata and to practice sport. I like spending time in the mountains and go trecking or skiing, but also to the beach and swim, or just basking in the sun..
I read quite a lot and like watching movies just as Everyone really; I also love music: I play the piano and the guitare and can spend hours listenning to music when I am chilling at home: pop/rock/funk/jazz/latin music etc.
Apart from that, I am highly interested in oenology. I want to learn about wine as much as I can to be able to work in this area at some point in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

One way to get the most out of life is
to look upon it as an adventure...

You only live once - but if you work it right, once is enough!!!

Travel broadens the mind and raises the spirits..

If you think adventure is dangerous, try routine. It's lethal!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I particpate giving my Hosts things I have enjoyed myself when travelling and that I would still like to find when travelling again in the future: a place where you feel welcome - even if modest!!- and where people not only find a sofa or a bed but also a place where we can take time to share experiences and fun or just support: provide info about what would be good to see/visit, good places to go etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted several times by Couch Surfers (Berlin, Prague etc)and hosted myself travelers too.

I actually like both really, the Couch Surfing is an amazing way of travelling, even when staying home!!

I am very bad at remembering moovies and actor names but loves watching moovies and reading books. Music is always on at home and I have very wide liking/tastes on this one.

Travelling to South Africa.. Especially to the Kruger Park and Swaziland.. It was like being in a Walt disney with animals all over the place..

Nothing special to be honest, will share my own experiences, the warmth of my place, will give anything I can from a human's point of view when travelling to CS places or when receiving people at home.
