I'm very easy going. I'm a "go with the flow", kind of guy and all I want out of life is to enjoy every last second. I've survived three major events within the last few years that should've killed me, but here I am... Hiking, Kayaking and Living Life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in refining my understanding of the world through the eyes of those who inhabit it.
I've traveled all over and met some amazing people. I want to participate more by sharing my stories and hearing yours.

Interests

I live just outside of Dallas in a unique promdominently SE Asian neighborhood known for it's incredible food and culture. My interests vary. I love the outdoors and travelling as much as my health permits.

Music, Movies, and Books

This will take forever, so here's a quick summation. Books? Depends on the day. Movies? Everything, but mostly Indie..

I'm certainly not restrained or limited though! These past few days I've been listening to Bluegrass, Dubstep and a little Miike Snow. My tastes are quite varied.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My father and I getting lost in the back country of Costa Rica on some mountain road on the way to Guanacasta from Monteverde. We somehow ended up on a dirt road, in the middle of lush green rainforest, deep in the back country. I stopped and asked for directions, and instead got information that lead me to 10 amazing waterfalls. It was so amazing. Imagine, lush rainforest, no people, just you and nature at its best.
