ABOUT ME

I like electronic music, dancing, movies with a point, yoga, spending time in nature, and learning from other people.

I love traveling. The first time I went away by myself, I went to Las Vegas for a hacker convention. Then I went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and the Caribbean on a cruise ship. Good times!

Interessen

I like a variety of things, most importantly meeting new people. I have traveled extensively throughout the US but am looking to travel around the world. I have walked on fire, glass, bungee jumped, skydiving, water skiing, white water rafting, a little surf boarding, but I still want to scuba dive and become a pilot at some point.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Harrison Bergeron, Waking Life, American Beauty, and What the bleep do we know are all pretty good movies. The best movies for me are the ones with something insightful to say about humanity as a whole and the human condition. We're such a small thing in such a big place!

The last few good books I read were The Audacity of Hope, Outliers, The Alchemist, Travels (by Michael Crichton), and The Element. They were all pretty good. Top honors go to The Alchemist, Travels, and any and all Carl Sagan books. That dude was smart!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Seeing the sunrise on Haleakala in Hawaii and seeing the sheer number of stars when traveling through parts of Eastern Europe.
