I am a bit of a constant traveller, still searching for a home in many ways. I used to travel constantly, now I spend a few months a year in Canada, and the rest doing whatever.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surf intermittently, mostly I like to make good connections with people, and have something energetically to exchange. Especially like to be able to share something of value, rather than just pass by.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies are really too many to mention, arty, independent, serious, foreign, oddball. Been actively watching and collecting for about 4-5 years.Hmmm, many, many, many....

Music lately John Cale, Lou Reed, Patti Smith, Iggy Pop, etc,Townes Van Zandt, Dylan, and Capt. Beefheart, Tom Waits sorts of things; earlier still Prince, Leonard Cohen, Tragically hip, Big Sugar, Morphine etc.

Books again a very long list, lately not reading too much a bit of cyberpunk, and interesting new fiction, a little of some older stuff that I never got around to reading earlier, and then some more factual stuff that relates to current interests, like history, and cultural stuff around my travels, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Better to visit and share with people personally than choose one specific

Teach, Learn, Share

I am pretty into things like yoga, cycling, and organics (permaculture, sustainablity, etc), and also bodywork, quite happy to share or learn more about these things specifically.
