Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One of my best friend's Heather Christian, is the main Couch surfing ambassador for Gainesville. I've attended her Couch surfing get togethers. However I am planning to be more involved. I signed up in 2009 but I'm just now waking up to my desire to be more involved with Couch surfing. Just started hosting. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met couch surfers through a friend and met up with a cs in Kw. Hosted my first surfers a few weeks ago. They were great! I'm happy to be able to help and I love meeting new people!

Interests

I'm a Massage Therapist, I love helping people feel better. I enjoy spending time with my family & friends hanging out, playing board games, going to the movies, parks, local activities, farmers market, out door fun, etc. I have two beautiful daughters that I adore there's never a dull moment when my girls are home. I love dancing, going places, trying new things etc. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about other cultures. My dream is to go to Cuba hopefully this year! I am 1/2 Cuban and look forward to meeting my relatives there and hoping to learn Spanish and dance in Cuba. (UPDATE - I spent 17 days in Cuba in Feb 2014 it was an amazing adventure! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I reunited a Father and daughter that hadn't seen each other for 20 years! That was the most beautiful thing I've ever done. :) Giving birth to my 2 daughters also left me awestruck! :) Changing lives one massage at a time is also an amazing feeling!
