Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet new people and can be found participating in many local CS events in town. Every now and then I throw a killer BBQ for traveling buddies :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted in The UK, Canada, Sweden and New Zealand. So far it has been great. I've met some incredible people and had some wonderful experiences.

I've surfed a little bit on my travels and really enjoyed being a guest in other peoples homes.

Interests

I'm never afraid to try new things. I am very interested in motorbikes and other mechanical things. I love football (soccer), and to be honest most sports.
Obviously, one of my main interests is traveling. I hope that I can spend the next few years discovering new places and new aspects of myself. I am very interested in the Second World War (not in a sadistic way - It just seems that the more I learn about it, the less I know. I also enjoy shaping opinions and often changing opinions with the more I learn.) This is pretty much me in a nutshell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the Famous Ice Hotel in the Arctic Circle during the middle of winter where it was -30c. Two years later I was living just a few hours away from it!

Once my girl and I drove into the forest and were forced to stop the car whilst a huge elk and her two babies crossed the road 10 meters in front of us. After, we climbed out of the car, lay on the roof and watched shooting stars, satellites and the northern lights dance and light up the sky before us. Beautiful.

I spent a few months traveling around Ghana working with a football team. Great guys, great football, great memories.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to ride a motorbike. How to cook steaks and how to bake Swedish Kladdkaka :)

I'm also a bit of an encyclopedia when it comes to football... Open the book!
