ABOUT ME

Billy and I (Danielle) have grown up in Bristol R.I. We like to think of ourselves as being very down to earth, approachable, and easy to get along with. We have known each-other since middle school, but we've been dating for over 4 years and living together for 2. As Billy would say, "we are down for anything". We basically love to be active and try new things, much like most people on here.I just received my bachelor's in Visual Arts with minors in business and art and architectural history. Billy also just got his bachelor's in construction management. We are eager to see the world!

:] We're all here figuring things out. We don't judge, we just like to listen, learn, and respect people. I try to do anything I can to make someones day a little better. I don't eat meat.. Billy does. We both believe in supporting sustainable and eco-friendly efforts.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are going on a 4-month road trip across the U.S from Jan. - May..

We'd like to utilize couch-surfing to save money but much more importantly to meet new and exciting people!!!!

Our couch is open now so that we know what it's like to be on the other side ;)

Interests

I (Danielle) am interested in art, animals, history, reading, learning new things, dancing, photography, and dogs (because they deserve a separate category from animals). I would say that I am an introvert, but you wouldn't be able to tell. I've worked many different types of jobs, including waitress, retail at a zoo, wedding photographer, office work, and at a farm. Billy is all about action. He loves to skateboard, bicycle, snowboard and wishes he surfed. Billy is the extrovert of the two of us, he loves nothing more than spending time with friends and family. He is also one of the most hardest working people I know. For the past couple years he has been working 7-4 as a carpenter for a residential building company, and then going to school 5-9. We both keep ourselves very busy! On our days off we enjoy attending family parties, going out to dinner with friends, riding our bikes through town, walking the dog, and going to the beach if it's summer... the usual.

Music, Movies, and Books

We both enjoy modest mouse, the shins, Zappa, things we can dance to, Santana, old stuff, new stuff. Whatever our friends are listening to.

HGTV! South Park! Friends! How I met your mother! that's what's been on our tube, but we don't watch T.V too much.

We read in the summer because that's when we have time. Danielle enjoys a good classic.. Billy's interested in adventure or comedy. We both like into the wild, life of pie and slaughterhouse 5. The Dhammapada is a favorite, as well as the Celestine Prophecy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing we did together that we will never forget is traveling to California for both of our first times and watching a filming of the price is right. Drew Carey is pretty tall!
