About Me

I'm a voice actor and narrator of documentaries and audio books, so I get to work from pretty much anywhere in the world. I travel often, and vastly prefer couchsurfing experiences over hotel stays. When I'm not traveling, i love hosting as well. My job means I spend multiple hours per day, in a vocal isolation booth, with nothing to keep me company but my own voice, so I look forward to hosting you good, talkative folks, traveling this big, beautiful world. Oh and I have one dog...Phoebe the Wondermutt. Other than that, I spend my time playing music, writing, fishing, and pouring love and adventure into the people around me. Looking forward to meeting you, here, there, or anywhere.

ABOUT ME

Outgoing, fun-loving, with a broad variety of interests. Obviously I love travel and meeting new people. Life is made for adventures. I always say a life lived without passion is no life at all. I play guitar and piano equally poorly and enjoy performing and singing anywhere I get the chance.

PHILOSOPHY

Walk through every open door...and open a few others that might seem stuck at first.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've actually hosted well over 100 surfers and stayed with several around the world. One of my biggest desires is that the couchsurfing community be reinvigorated after covid, because it's one of the most beautiful parts of my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Interests

Oh my, that's a long list.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Damn near all of it.
Movie: Dan in Real Life
Book:
I have a whole library. I can't narrow this down. Sorry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After breaking my neck, in a boating accident, I had a brain procedure done with no anesthesia. That was trippy.

Teach, Learn, Share

Couchsurfing is one of the best and biggest parts of my life. I've met some of my very best, lifelong friends here, shared some pretty cool lessons from my journey, learned some amazing skills like stone masonry and fire breathing, and been infinitely enriched by this community and experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a really unique past, which makes for good stories. I'm not entirely unintelligent, so we can talk life, philosophy, etc., if you'd like. I play a lot of music, if you're up for jamming or listening. And my other passion is culinary arts...so you won't go hungry.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, Honduras, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Russian Federation, Spain, Switzerland, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
