ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Eugene, OR and attended the University of Oregon. I work for a small natural foods company. I love traveling, hiking, sports, and in general just being active. I'm a down to earth person just trying to have fun.

PHILOSOPHY

The campsite rule - leave it better than you found it. Do something every day, big or small, to better yourself. Support others in their quest to improve themselves. And in general just make the world a better place for ourselves and for future generations.

I surfed while in Europe and am open to hosting people now that I'm back in the states.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've traveled up and down the west coast of the United States and into Canada and Mexico staying on floors, couches, and spare beds. Couchsurfed in Budapest with some travellers I met in Prague. I'm always up for a good adventure and some of my most memorable trips have been with friends I made along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot of short stories or feature articles, but not a lot of books. I love going to the local art cinema and probably see a new movie every week. I'll listen to just about anything depending on my mood.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm packed with random knowledge and I make a good trivia partner. I'm a pretty good cook and I help my parents with some wine-making. We're still learning but we got first place at the Oregon State Fair so we're kind of a big deal. I just recently started doing yoga and meditation and would love to learn more.
