ABOUT ME

Have been in the advertising industry for more than a decade. After covid, have decided to try a different path of building my own small business and hopefully working towards my dreams. Prior to covid, I lived in Shanghai, China for 5 years. I first started travelling solo in my mid twenties and love wandering the streets of different countries, exploring and learning different cultures and listening to people's stories.

WHY TRAVEL

To me, travel is ephemeral, engaging, transient yet enduring, illusory yet very real, and the best bit is, you never know what's round the corner or who you will meet....

For as long as i live, i want to be intoxicated by what this earth has to give...

Am also deeply appreciative of our diverse cultures and believe in the power of travel and empathy in impacting each other.

I first started couchsurfing in my mid twenties and it has changed my life in many ways. Am very humbled and grateful to the many hosts and travellers I have had the luck to meet/crossed path with and can't wait to meet you.

Found out about CS by chance from someone at a hostel almost a decade ago.
