About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life and make the world a better place

ABOUT ME

I like to think of myself as a relaxed and down to earth person. I find that generally everything works out okay in the end.

I love to travel. I travel to see new things, see different ways of doing things and meet new people. I've done a few amazing trips in my life; through Western and Eastern Europe, a few visits to South-East Asia, Japan, and the US and an amazing trip through North, Central and South America in 2013.

I've always had good experiences with Couchsurfing and hope I can meet some more amazing people.
Peace

Interests

I'm a pretty curious person so there's not much that doesn't interest me really.

Things I've been enjoying recently: swimming, windsurfing, bike riding, ultimate-frisbee, drinking, partying, chilling, reading, playing guitar, traveling, enjoying life and taking it easy.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Anything with a strange and interesting plot and lots of surprises. Favorites: Fight Club, Se7en, Fear and Loathing, Snatch, Blade Runner and most Kung-fu movies.

I'm a big fan of Wes Anderson and Stanley Kubrick so most of their films would also be up there.

Music: When good music is made it doesn't matter the genre, but I do have some favorites... Funk (mainly electro funk, e.g. Quantic), Bossa-Nova, Dub, reggae, liquid drum n bass, (any song with a smooth break beat), hiphop, folk, minimal and deep house, some rock.

Recently been listening to: Bonobo, Nicolas Jaar, Nightmares on Wax, Gramatik, Thievery Corporation, RJD2, Groove Armada, James Blake and more.

Books: Mainly non-fiction, whatever looks interesting when I'm browsing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

3 week bike ride along the coast from Bordeaux to San Sebastian, just done in August2010. I only stayed in my tent about 4 times so it wasn't quite as adventurous as I had originally expected, but awesome none the less.
Riding, swimming, chilling on the beach, reading, meeting up with old, and new, friends, all on the beautiful Basque coast in Summer.

+ more recently an amazing 6 month trip across the Americas. I made a short film on the trip too; interviewing some of the people I met (mostly through CS) view here - https://vimeo.com/87831494
