HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i'd like to meet a lot of new friends, we don't get to travel often.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
we have had 2 guests, one guy stayed for 12 hrs. we went out for breakfast and went downtown to his convention where we parted ways. it was a good experience.

our second guest posed as an african woman travelling the usa. turns out shes homeless and going from city to city looking for the place with the best welfare programs. she arrived dirty, hungry, tired and BROKE. i didnt sign up for that. she was here almost 2 weeks, she promised to help me reorganize my kitchen cabinets and my husband served us breakfast and she promptly left to enjoy her day. i was pissed off, i dont like being lied to and that was the lie that forced me to text her telling her "you need to come and get your things and find another place to stay." we did everything we could to treat her well. we were embarrased by her manner of dress, wearing many layers at a time and LOOKING homless. it prompted several of our neighbors to question us.
i'm on couchsurfing to meet fun interesting people.
THIS IS NOT A HOMELESS SHELTER!

i will accept the experience with inuyoujo as a learning experience. i will NOT hold her behavior against future TRAVELLERS.
