Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mostly hosting, thanks to that I have made very good friends. I have surfed a few times, and my hosts have treated me incredibly well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a lot of people, by now over 70, from places like poland, czech republic, germany, france, italy, slovakia, russia, etc... It has been great, most of them have left me with amazing memories, good friendships and painful hangovers

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I have a very big range when it comes to my taste in music. Mostly Indie Rock and Latin music (Juan Luis Guerra is the best).

Movies: I like a lot of movies, but my favorites are Mr. Nobody, Perfect Sense, Earthlings, all of Brit Marlings films for example Another Earth; Shane Carruth has pretty good movies too, Terrence Malick films, Krzysztof Kielowski films (trois couleur), The great dictator (Chaplins speech at the end is amazing)

Books: Many, but the top list would be "Cuentos de Amor, Locura y Muerte" by Horacio Quiroga, "Maktub" by Paulo Coelho, "Cien años de soledad" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, all by John Katzenbach, "Don Quijote de La Mancha" by Miguel de Cervantes I know many people dont like it but I love it
